Why be an undercover Christian? Live life!
Let us make 2024 a year of putting our self, our mental state, and our happiness first. That does not mean being selfish, and that certainly does not mean not helping others; we are just trying to make sure that we do not sacrifice our self in the long run.
I have been living in a mindset of not wanting to “ruffle any feathers” and just keep everyone happy. I am keeping everyone happy at the expense of my own happiness. Enough is enough.
Too many times I try to help people. I give it my all and when the help is not accepted (worse failed), I take it personally. As A Christian I try my best to always be a server. The thing is as a server, I can only go so far…WE CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH. In the end it is the other party’s responsibility to what whatever they are looking for. I can help, but i cannot make you happy when you find what you are looking for.
