Why be an undercover Christian? Live life!
Brothers and sisters in Christ. We need to get to the point where we engage the very people we avoid. Love all and be the face of Christ. Remember your Interaction with someone may be the one time they interact with a follower of Christ.
Too many times in my life I sacrificed myself for others. I am not saying this is wrong. I am not saying this is bad. I am saying that doing so took a lot from me; emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We all have scars from our selfless sacrifices. I am not alone in this pain. You are not alone. Continue to help. Continue to love. Continue to serve. Continue to hope.
Too many times, I associated resting with weakness and even quitting. I thank you lord for the realization that they are not one and the same. In Jesus name, amen.
Today, I feel useless and not worth the air I breathe. It’s a feeling of emptiness. What am in doing with my life? How did I end up here? I need to remember that there is a bigger plan in place. My version of not feeling useless is someone being blessed by me. I need to hold on to that.
