There are many times in my day to day life where i ask myself “how am i in this position?” I am no one special and i feel that there are many people more qualified than me. The Lord has blessed me with a certain “spark” and i just want to thank him for that. There is someone out there that is going thru something that just seems so big and you feel that you are not the person for this task. The Holy Spirit is convicting me to say that you have been chosen for a reason and just allow the Lord to use you. -PJSLB
Adjectives of our Gods love
Love this as it reminds me of EVERYTHING that God provides. Trusting in his timing is just so hard. Its like being a kid again and just waiting for your parents to give you that one toy that you have been begging for.
On a side note, please say a prayer for my two little girls. They seem to be in the early stages of the stomach flu. Its tough to see your kids suffer. Thanks!

Have a good day everyone and remember, God will provide EVERYTHING that we need. -PJSLB
God does the impossible

“Sun, stand still over Gibeon, and you, moon, over the Valley of Aijalon” (Joshua 10:12). God not only heard Joshua’s prayer, He answered it, delaying the setting of the sun for a full day.
“Do not be afraid of them; I have given them into your hand” (Joshua 10:8)
What is your God-sized prayer? Will you believe with me today we have a God who can do the impossible?
The picture and the excepts above are from the daily devotional First 5. I first wrote about first 5 as i was explaining the typical walk with Christ in a day. If you are searching for daily inspiration or just want to read more about the wonder of our God, first5 is a solid place to start. Have a great day and God Bless us all!!! – PJSLB
Morning devotional – 01-11-17

Taken from the first 5 app. It’s a wonderful app to start the day with. The main point I took from today’s devotional is:
We have an enemy as real as the Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites. His goal is to steal, kill and destroy our relationship with God. (John 10:10) He is as subtle and crafty as the Gibeonites. With names like deceiver (2 Corinthians 11:3) and father of lies (John 8:44) we must be always be on the lookout. We can’t ever let our guard down.
Have a blessed morning. God Bless!
