Being at a place where you can pray in the open without fear is something we all should not take for granted. Its a beautiful thing to see this from the next generation. PJSLB
Nightly Prayer -12/07/16
Lord, as I sit in between my two daughters as they sleep peacefully this night, I pray lord for their health. I pray lord for wonderful experiences that will strengthen their faith and trust in you. I pray that they will remember you in time when the road is not so straight. I pray for K as she will be in the schools Nativity play. I pray for N as she is getting better and catching up on school work. I pray for J as you walk with her on college. I pray for my wife and thank you for the rock she is in my life.
I pray lord for all those who are looking for you. I pray for an experience they will never forget. I pray for family, friends, and readers that are suffer lord. Whatever that suffering is, please help them.
Finally, I pray for myself. I pray for knowledge and compassion. I pray to never boast. I pray to be a mirror of your love.
In Jesus Name, Amen

Continue to bring the rain
Good morning! Its been a cold a rainy last few days but I will take that with the kind of drought that we have been having here in Georgia. Lets all take a second to pray for those affected by the fires in Gatlingburg, TN. Lord, please bring a the peace and calm that only you can.
The family and i have been sick this whole weekend and it has rolled over to today. Please keep N in your prayer as she has been suffering from a bad cold. I have been so out of it today that before i headed off to work, I wanted to take Dayquil to at least get me to the afternoon. Well not paying attention and all, I ended up taking Nyquil instead. Now, I hope to just make it to the next hour without falling asleep.
I pray that you all have a wonderful and sick free week. I’m not working on anything in particular but i know the Lord will instill with me what to write this week. In the meanwhile that couch looks so good right now, I may have to say hi to it (nap time). In Jesus name we celebrate our victory. – PJSLB

You can’t deny that younger students pay attention to upperclassman. Look at this first grader and senior. The older generation leading the new generation. This little girl (my youngest) sees how the older girl is standing still and and being respectful during the national anthem and prayer at Tattnall Square Academy in Macon, Georgia and begins to follow her. People are always watching. People are always looking for role models. No matter who you are, no matter what you have gone thru, the Lord can use you to change the life of others. If this pic was not taken, this young lady would never know just how much of a influence she is already.

I’ll keep the young lady’s name anonymous until I get permission to reveal it. She has an amazing story that I pray she will allow me to share. Who knows, maybe she can write it herself here and share it with all of you.
Have a blessed weekend and may the Holy Spirit lead you to life changing moments. PJSLB
