Someone needs to hear this; God loves you no matter what stage in your life you are in!
Why be an undercover Christian? Live life!

Someone needs to hear this; God loves you no matter what stage in your life you are in!

Sometimes you just have to remind yourself that in good times and bad, God is still sitting at the head of the table. This is the reminder for myself this month written on my desk. Have a great day everyone. God bless. PJSLB

We pray for blessings
We pray for peace
Comfort for family, protection while we sleep
We pray for healing, for prosperity
We pray for Your mighty hand to ease our suffering
All the while, You hear each spoken need
Yet love is way too much to give us lesser things
‘Cause what if your blessings come through raindrops
What if Your healing comes through tears
What if a thousand sleepless nights are what it takes to know You’re near
What if trials of this life are Your mercies in disguise
We pray for wisdom
Your voice to hear
We cry in anger when we cannot feel You near
We doubt your goodness, we doubt your love
As if every promise from Your Word is not enough
All the while, You hear each desperate plea
And long that we’d have faith to believe
When friends betray us
When darkness seems to win
We know that pain reminds this heart
That this is not our home
What if my greatest disappointments
Or the aching of this life
Is the revealing of a greater thirst this world can’t satisfy
What if trials of this life
The rain, the storms, the hardest nights
Are your mercies in disguise

Well, yesterday was the preverbal kick in the pants. I always talk about my relationship with Christ and have wrote on this blog on all the times that God has come thru for me. The truth is that after a while, my faith has gotten a little stagnant. I dare to say that i have been taken Christ for granted.
As we all enter the last days of 2018, i challenge all of you (and myself) in a recommitment to Christ; remembering the way we felt when we first accepted Jesus as our lord and savior.
“Knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.” (James 1:3-4, NKJV)
