One day the stress of your child’s schedule will go away.

On the surface that sounds good. I mean, no more having to wake up extra early on a Saturday for practice (softball, baseball, basketball, football, etc.). I used to dread it as well but now i am beginning to realize just how precious this moment is. One day they will grow up and move on. The craziness of the schedule will be gone only to be left with quietness. Take advantage of the time spent with your kids. It goes away and once its gone, you are only left with the memories. Trust me, I am midst of this surreal feeling right now. God Bless. PJSLB

The Bible calmed me down

The word of God has really helped me this week. I am in a place right now where i just want to give up. I am frustrated in doing my best and never seeing success come from it. The Bible this week was my “getting talked off the ledge” moment. Thank you lord for allowing me to vent and instilling in me a level of peace that can only come from you. PJSLB

Wearing a mask in front of God

It’s a great feeling. Unfortunately, we all hide behind some kind of mask. Don’t make the mistake of wearing that mask when you approach our Lord. I know I have done this a few times. Take off that mask, be yourself and allow the Lord to truly talk to you. PJSLB

How can two people be right at the same time

Its all about perspective. In this time we live in, we need to be the loving face of Christ. Remember the other person feels they are “right” just as much as you. PJSLB
