Social media can make a Christian feel alone
In this world of social media, everyone knows everything; or at least everyone knows what you put out there. We see our friends and family posting beautiful care free pictures and we think to ourselves “gosh, I wish my life was as good as theirs.” We ended up liking the post or picture and we begin to feel down and out. Soon that feeling turns into a feeling that no one can relate to the problems we have.
This is the time when it’s important that as a Christian you have someone you can talk to…someone who share your level of love for Christ. Life is tough already and traveling this life alone just makes it that much harder.

Pause in everything in life
I remember when i was a child, life was just one long (and I mean LONG) day. Waking up in the morning was always a drag, school days were long, and by the time you are home from extra curricular activities you now have a full night of homework. Finally, end of day only to repeat again tomorrow.
As an adult there just doesn’t seem like there is enough time. I need 30 hours to do everything. I just feel so rushed. It’s in these times the words of TobyMac mean more. Sometimes in life we just need to slow down and take things at face value. Working less on emotion and more on knowledge may help make life just a little less hectic. Be loved and be blessed today.
