The hardest thing is to ask for is HELP

It’s okay to say we need help. It’s okay to say we are lost. It’s okay to be vulnerable.

Sometimes, we just need to laugh. But I have definitely have felt like this at times.

As I read this, I realize a lot of my well being is placed on a mindset that I am valuable.
