Too many times, we work of emotion. We are quick to react and more often than not, we end up regretting our actions. Lets all take a min to just breath and take our time before we commit our thoughts or actions to anything.

No matter how you approach someone, if they are not in the mindset to head why you are saying, they cannot be convinced. But your actions will determine if you have another opportunity to talk to them.
The day I stopped wearing a mask
I always assumed that I needed to be “on point” when surrounded by people. I would always says and do the right things. It was tiresome. I finally realized the secret to all this (including) keeping my sanity was to be the same if you’re with one person or twenty. Better yet, be that same person even if you are just by yourself. Be genuine. God made us unique for a reason. PJSLB
When life gets crazy – Just breathe!
Life can get crazy. Heck, my life is crazy. Juggling a family, career, and then trying to live my life in a way that is a good representation of God’s love is hard. There are nights when i reflect on my past and just think “my goodness, thats alot of mess ups and failures.”
The thing to remember is that God does not look for perfection. God looks at the heart. What is your heart showing? So give yourself a break. Relax and just breathe…everything will be alright. The Lord has you in the palm of his hand. PJSLB
