Peaceful Plots of Land

Taken at the North Kern Cemetery District in Delano, CA.

The calm and peace in a cemetary always keeps me in awe. People walking around in silent and reflective moods. Families gathered around a loved one that left this life way to soon. I pray for peace lord for all those still left on this earth while your children have come to you.

Found this while eating at a restaurant called ARASHI on the beautiful island of Guam. It was pinned on a board with other drawings and calling cards. It is entitled “deaf sign language devotional” and has an illustration on how to say thank you using sign language. It also has the beginning of 1 Thessalonians 5:16 which reads…

Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. (‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5‬:‭18‬ NLT)

This was the perfect verse for the type of day I was having. Thank you lord for that!

I love seeing the word of God in plain view of the world. If you see some out there be sure to share with us for the world to see Gods Grace.

Daily Bible Verse 3/20/15 – Manila

Overall fitness in society today has been in the forefront of our society. We read about it, hear about it, talking about it constantly. We are all looking for a way to improve our body. We workout, exercise, diet, take vitamins, etc. How powerful would your testimony be to others if you devout that much time and energy in strengthening your “spiritual fitness?”

Have a great day, God Bless you.

A Little Christian Perspective On Life

For the past month, I have been so preoccupied with earthly problems. The problem with earthly problems is that is takes away focus from what is really important.  All the time I have worried about earthly situations have prevented me from focusing on furthering the kingdom of God.

What about you?  Have you been preoccupied with temporary things that have taken your eyes off what is eternal? Let’s all get back to keeping our eyes focused on God.

Greetings from a hot Manila!
